A fruits de mer ordered for my wife's birthday. It arrived at 9 am on the day, so perfect timing to allow time to prepare it in time for lunch. Having lived in France near the sea, we reckon we know good seafood when we see it. This was good, all very fresh. Some instructions on preparing a lobster would be a good idea for those who have never done it before. Plenty there for two people. In fact so many prawns that we had a meal of them the next day! Very happy.
