We ordered the salmon en croute for two for an Easter treat and it did not disappoint. The pastry was thin and crisp and generously filled with salmon and spinach. The accompanying tarragon sauce was similarly generous and delicious. It was all scrumptious and well worth the price. We would definitely order it again.
