I have used Wright Brothers before and we have enjoyed the fish. Last time, for the first time, the delivery was very late. Despite being advised to the contrary I did not receive a text message giving me the estimated delivery time for delivery and when it got to 18.30 I sent an email enquiring about my delivery. All was sorted as eventually somebody had to relieve the driver who had been delivering since 06.30 and because of traffic delays had not completed his deliveries by 18.30. I appreciate these things happen but in future if the situation arises again it would be useful to have received a message accordingly. Nevertheless, the fish tasted delicious and the items were in good condition.
