Went to some friends and they served us 'your' Salmon en croute, it was absolutely delicious so went on your website and ordered some for our freezer to serve to our family for a 'special meal'. My wife can't wait to serve it up, just a slight problem though when I ordered it which was on a Monday there was 15% off all orders, yet nothing was deducted at the checkout page. I did send you an e-mail but never had any reply.
