Wrights have perfected and fine tuned their home delivery service throughout the pandemic. It’s lovely to see the changes and growth. I love the flexibility of a well stocked freezer. Would never have said that pre-Corona. I was a snob - everything had to be fresh. Well it’s still fresh! Beautifully vacuum packed and delivered to my door. Spontaneous guests are welcome because you can defrost something direct from the freezer in a basin of cold water in less than an hour or sometimes two, and then you can cook it in the time it takes to sing an Ave Maria.
