I made an order of sea bass and oysters for Fathers' Day but when it arrived, it was the turbot and no oysters. Needless to say, I was very disappointed as not only was it a gift, but also the very first time I had made an order with Wright Bros Ltd. However, after a few phone calls from the delivery driver (who had also realised and admitted his mistake), and the office, I agreed to keep the turbot and the driver would return with the oysters. They also offered me a £20 discount on my next order due to the error which I then used to order sea bass and more oysters. Everything tasted superb and was extremely fresh. Very happy with the products and the service.
