I returned a product at the start of december and I am still waiting for a refund, despite various attempts to contact via the phone or through contact form. I either get completely ignored, or have to jump through so many hoops over the phone to get told that it is with another team that cannot be contacted, I have been told that a refund was being processed on the 8th Jan, and am still yet to receive a refund or any update from them.
Avoid like the plague, i certainly won't be ordering from them again, and won't be through other JD sites as they all seem to go through the same place, awful.
