The worst experience. I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago, and since then, I haven't received any updates on my order. They initially said that my parcel was lost and sent a new one, but again, I have no update on that either. I've been going back and forth with them daily, but the parcel still hasn't arrived, and they haven't taken any action to speed up the tracking progress.

It’s been a long time since I have returned to the IHOP at I-30 in Garland Tx. Saul the new manager has made it a pleasure coming back. I used to wait over 30 minutes to be seated now I was eating within 10 minutes. Jeff took our order and was taken with care and was ready with refills without asking. Will be coming back to one of our favorite places. Thank you again Saul for stopping by with your smile.

I’m not sure who writes these reviews, as it seems most of them are fake. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order for over £180 worth of goods, paying extra for fast delivery. Despite the package sitting at a depot just 200m from me, it arrived more than a week late—well past the scheduled date. I even went to the post office myself to ensure I’d receive it on time, but that didn’t help. Frustrated, I called Hip Store’s customer service to cancel the order, as I was leaving for a trip and wouldn’t be able to receive it. They confirmed the cancellation, yet a week later, they still delivered it—to my neighbor. When I returned, I sent the package back and received confirmation that they had received the return. Now, over a month later, I check my account, and there’s still no refund. I called customer service today, only to be told that they will now process it—taking yet another seven days. If this were a small local business, I might understand some delays. But Hip Store is a major company backed by JD, and there is absolutely no excuse to hold onto a customer’s money for over a month, especially when the return process was followed correctly. And if I hadn’t called, would they have ever refunded it at all? This is completely unacceptable. A disgraceful level of service from a company of this size.

After visiting the Leeds store where I couldn’t find the size I wanted, I ordered a t shirt and paid extra postage for delivery in time for Christmas.When the box was delivered by Royal Mail it felt very light, I opened immediately and found it was empty. It had not been damaged. I immediately asked the post man to take a photo which he did. I contacted the customer service team who were most unhelpful. They told me the order had been picked and packed and delivered. That seemed to be the end of the matter. Dreadful customer service. I have basically paid for an empty box and this company are not prepared to investigate why this has happened. This surely is not right?

Terrible customer service and unprofessional staff do not risk placing an order with this company. It’s likely you will be disappointed with service and not get the items your orders

Atrocious shopping experience on multiple occasions. Stock is still advertised on their website that has been out of stock for months. Of the four orders I’ve placed with them over the past 12 months, 3 have not been fulfilled due to them not actually having the item even though it was advertised in the website as available. They also don’t inform you - it took an email from me to discover that they couldn’t fulfil the order and it was then cancelled. Thankfully I paid with Klarna so I’m not stuck waiting for my refund as others have mentioned. I definitely won’t be using them again.

A pair of socks I ordered arrived quickly and initially I was happy with the service. However, after wearing these twice they developed a hole in the toe. I contacted the Hip Store online but never heard from them. Poor customer service in my view. Buy with caution.

Absolute shambles of a shop. Like everyone else says, they took my money for an order they couldn't fulfill, before refunding at a later date. The item I ordered was still advertised as for sale on their website for over a week after they refunded me. They obviously have no idea what they have in stock.

Order arrived damaged. Contacted multiple times to try and receive replacement or refund - no response at all. appalling customer service, which is even worse when you consider how overpriced their store is

Very poor. Tried ordering some trainers, got a full automatic refund after they realised they were not available in the size ordered. Noticed two weeks on their website that the were 'available' in the size again.... only for that order to get cancelled and refunded again. My friend warned me about the service and now I have felt it (twice) first hand. Never again.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. ordered 4 items, 3 turned out to be out of stock and then waited ages for the 1 remaining item to arrive and they sent the incorrect item. very disappointing and a complete waste of time. AVOID

Ordered hundreds of pounds worth of items online. First, they go cold on me - it takes days to even get a confirmation email. My order then does not arrive in the period of the delivery I paid for. I call Hip for an update and am straight up told that I will not be receiving my delivery for an indefinite period of time and that they can't tell me anything further because they didn't know where the items were or which courier was going to deliver it. I am simply told to wait indefinitely. Around a week later I get an email telling me that some of the items in my order weren't actually in stock when I paid, so I won't be getting them - I am only told this well after the latest I was told to expect delivery. The tracking page then says I can no longer track the progress as there is a problem with my delivery. Again, my only solution is to wait for an unspecified amount of time. Weeks later, I am yet to receive any items, and still can't track my order. I will only be using this business if I go in store now - strongly recommend against using these guys online. This is a common story looking at the other reviews, and I only wish I'd read them before.

Don’t order with hip. They display items as in stock when they actually aren’t but they take your payment, they then take ridiculous time to refund your money which shouldn’t have been taken in the first place if the product wasn’t actually in stock. Absolute joke

These people are absolutely horrible to deal with, took nearly 7 weeks for my shoes to arrive which were in one of their raffles, it went through 4 separate delivery services to get to my inner city home in brisbane australia. Didnt even get deliveried I had to go pick it up from the depot. Opened up the box when I got home and one of the shoes was damaged. I never review places but I had too as I hope someone doesn't get stitched up the way I did. After trying to contact to inform them of my complaint they never responded. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase unless you want your time wasted and a product that isnt up to scratch.

This is the second time I've purchased a item to find out my order has been cancelled. First one I got an email second order absolutely nothing no email. I am very disappointed.

They have a lot of good stuff so it's a shame. But they make it difficult to return things. In my case, I went for the drop box option, found a few local ones, but all were full. I then went back to the returns page, put in the order number and was told I couldn't return the item - and therefore couldn't see the other options where you could print out the return label. When a company makes returns a hassle in any way - especially with clothes - I would avoid it. I also tried to email the info@hipstore address that you'll find on the invoice, listed as customer service 'help', and I got the message that the domain doesn't exist. Unfortunately, I'd avoid this shop. It happened once before too, and i ended up keeping the item - as i will with the 2 items i recently bought.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was sent a completely empty box with nothing but the receipt / returns label in it. , my housemate took the parcel in otherwise I wouldn’t have taken such a light box in. I then had to call customer services and then they sent a missing item form. I sent it back to them and had to personally chase up around 10 days later for them to say they couldn’t process my claim due to me missing the tracking number - some communication could’ve been nice. After i correctly filled the form in , someone sent a copy & paste response to this (pictured below) I tried to respond for them to say this inbox is not monitored ??????? So there’s no way of receiving money back for a COMPLETELY EMPTY PARCEL. I paid £290 for a cardboard BOX. Also if you’re advertising your delivery as DPD but sending it via Evri, you’re LYING on your website.
