Criminal: the success rate of items I’ve received has been so low it would have been better had the warehouse picker simply closed their eyes and picked items off the shelf. I’m waiting for hundreds of pounds in returned items, as well as items that were simply never delivered at all. The onus is on the customer to provide proof. When returning items using a drop box they themselves partner with, me was told they received only one of the two items contained in the same box. Now it’s up to me to prove that both items were in the box. Please please shop somewhere else, END or Modern Draper etc would be more than happy to take your business
