Ordered hundreds of pounds worth of items online. First, they go cold on me - it takes days to even get a confirmation email. My order then does not arrive in the period of the delivery I paid for. I call Hip for an update and am straight up told that I will not be receiving my delivery for an indefinite period of time and that they can't tell me anything further because they didn't know where the items were or which courier was going to deliver it. I am simply told to wait indefinitely.
Around a week later I get an email telling me that some of the items in my order weren't actually in stock when I paid, so I won't be getting them - I am only told this well after the latest I was told to expect delivery. The tracking page then says I can no longer track the progress as there is a problem with my delivery. Again, my only solution is to wait for an unspecified amount of time. Weeks later, I am yet to receive any items, and still can't track my order.
I will only be using this business if I go in store now - strongly recommend against using these guys online. This is a common story looking at the other reviews, and I only wish I'd read them before.
