Organised a plumber in my area Southampton through this company who charged me a call out fee of £60.00. The first plumber wanted to charge me a further £65.00 call out fee. After many calls to Home Services they put me on to another plumber. I cancelled the plumber and Home Services are refusing to repay the call out fee. Don’t use them!
