Practically robbed my elderly Mother making her pay money up front for materials and not providing a quotation at all for labour! Then taking 6 hrs or so for a couple of minor jobs. Grand total almost 1000 pounds for a new tap and 3 minor toilet cistern drips. Disgraceful company who are listed at companies house as a call center, with over half a million in cash sat in the bank in 2023 robbed from vulnerable customers.
