Said no call out charge and over 90% of cases are fixed within that hour. Charged me £198 for 5 minutes visit to say a leaky valve need replacing, it would take 5-6 hours to do the job at hourly rate of £198.
Showed the valve to a different plumber quoted £100 to replace it , 12-14 times cheaper than this company. Don’t be fooled by no call out charge. As soon as they arrive they ask you to sign a consent that you want them to start investigating the problem and there goes the first £198.
