Turned up 2 hours later than he said he would, no apology. Stated no call out fee, spent 35 minutes messing about round my hot water tank then charged £306 saying he'd repaired it. He hadn't, it's still leaking.
I'm on low, fixed income as I have been unwell and cannot afford to throw that sort of money away.
