Absolutely unacceptable customer service experience. I paid extra for next-day premium delivery, and they failed to deliver. I rescheduled the delivery for next week since I won't be home, and now they're claiming they can't assist me because I made that change. It's their fault, yet they're shamelessly blaming me. I was unjustly charged extra for a service they didn’t provide. The customer service team was unhelpful too. Instead of addressing my issue, they stuck to their pre-determined script, citing policy rather than listening. If they were so committed to their policy, they should have adhered to it when they charged me for expedited service. This is simply pathetic.
