My opinion Ssuk is delivering my order , I have currently been waiting over 1 week now for my products to arrive, this just keeps getting worse since they now only use DPD or Royal Mail for fast delivery and now use amazon logistics for the rest , you can buy protein works products on amazon and get next day deliver, so now my thoughts are why by from protein works when they are shafting loyal customers buying direct from them for many years, they a now selling out being lazy and taking money for nothing”
“Absolutely unacceptable customer service experience. I paid extra for next-day premium delivery, and they failed to deliver. I rescheduled the delivery for next week since I won't be home, and now they're claiming they can't assist me because I made that change. It's their fault, yet they're shamelessly blaming me. I was unjustly charged extra for a service they didn’t provide. The customer service team was unhelpful too. Instead of addressing my issue, they stuck to their pre-determined script, citing policy rather than listening. If they were so committed to their policy, they should have adhered to it when they charged me for expedited service. This is simply pathetic.”
“These are THE tastiest protein shakes and bars ever. And I've tried a LOT of different brands.
This is my new obsession coz I see new flavours that I haven't tried and then they put on a sale and then you can pay in installments..... I've got a full cupboard now dedicated to Protein Works meal replacement shakes.
I'm having 2 (and sometimes 3) in a day and a meal and losing weight.
It's like drinking a dessert.
I've just had my diabetic review and this is the best one where my sugar levels are static and I'm sure it's down to these.

Along with their cookies and cream protein bars and sugar free caramel latte drops to go in coffee! No nasty saccharine or stevia taste. Absolutely gorgeous.”
“Protein works you are a world class! I have ordered a metal protein shaker for my partner last two weeks. And when the time for the delivery I discovered that the my item was delivered to the wrong address. So I contacted the customer service, not expecting anything much tbh because I never heard about them and just randomly pick them to try some protein shake. (And that by the way omg it turned out to be incredible!!! Protein shake is a must!!) Shockingly the customer service got back to me the day after I left the message. They have asked me to process for the replacement straight away, and I asked to change the colour of the shaker from black to white. And the customer service told me that he will send both for me and my partner?! At first I was like who does nothing is free on this planet earth!!?? But wow it was true and they sent us both. And that's not it they arranged the delivery to come to us the next day. Ok I know I got a little bit super excited. And you probably think it was just a free shaker. But to us this is not about the shaker. It's about how they dealt with the problem and gave you that extra miles customer service. We know that they try to make it up to you of the bad experience that we received. And what more impressive was I felt that they put customer first and would do whatever it takes to gain back your trust, eventhough the mistake wasn't made by them but with the delivery company. Thank you again protein works. You have giving us unforgettable online shopping experience. You have won our hearts ❤️ and we will definitely recommend and spread good words about you. “The company keeps increasing their prices to deceive their customers with unrealistic higher discounts (66% today). As a student I am supposed to receive a 37% discount on the subtotal of the products placed in the cart, instead the discount code either doesn't work or it's applied to the super pumped-up high prices the company applies. I recommend checking other brands, more honest and transparent with their customers.”
