I live in Ireland and because of the government covid restrictions I decided to order a picture frame online as I had previously bought the same one in store and was happy with it. I ordered on the 8th of November, a 20×30 inch acrylic glass frame, it arrived today the 20th in a box that was at least 10 times too big. Seriously ridiculous the delivery driver was completely bemused when I said what it was. Now to add insult it's broken! I will not be returning it because it seriously is not worth the wait for a 7.95 frame ,sent from England when there's stock available here just ridiculous. I most definitely will not use the online service again.
