Possibly the worst customer service I have received, purchased an item on line, was delivered broken, called up the same day and told that they would replace it as they had loads of stock, and that I needed to send pictures, emailed pictures the same day Thursday, didn’t hear anything back, by Monday I rang and spoke to someone again, yes we will arrange a collection and send out your replacement and I would receive a confirmation email, 5 minutes later received email to say no stock so had to refund which would be proceed up to 5 days after they receive the broken item, I called to speak to some one after waiting on hold for 40 minutes speak to the most unhelpful rude lady ever, after her not being willing to help I asked to speak to a manger, no managers speak to customer and the only person who I can speak to was her, asked for complaints procedure, they don’t have one all I can do is speak to her, everything I asked her about my issue and when pick up was she wouldn’t answer, I asked how long it would take for courier to deliver to them after picking up from me she told me to call the the courier. I asked what service the delivery was booked on and she said it doesn’t work like that, as I asked for her name I realised she was the first person I spoke to who didn’t process the replacement in the first place called Lauren, still waiting for replies to emails
