I placed my order for a family of light up reindeers ( £200 ) the order arrived very quickly, when testing the reindeers one of the power supplies is faulty ( not flashing )
I tried calling the help line which is continuously out of order, tried calling my local store to see if they can help No answer
My only route is to return the complete order to my local store for a refund
I wish i had read the reviews beforehand
