After one week of attempting to contact customer service, why bother when there is so much competition out there with retailers who value customers calls.
There is no excuse for placing a potential customer on hold for 10-45 minutes without updating them. Or why else would one be ringing for their calls to be disregarded? Mine is an experience over almost a dozen calls until today when I decided never to try again...and thank God I wasn’t chasing a refund or order🤗
