Worse store ever, received an email stating my dispatched would be delayed with no further information, waited over 40 mins on phone - gave up, after trying to get through again the next day over 30 mins later the customer service representative stated: "some people have been waiting an hour". I was told some of my order was not in stock -- even though the late dispatch email stated 'be assured the items have been allocated to you'. They cancelled those parts of the order. The next morning I received an email from DHL with 2 hours notice my order was being delivered -- needless to say I missed the email lucky I was in -- only to take delivery of 1 item from my order???? This time I had to wait 45 minutes to speak to someone to enquire where the rest of my order is, only to be told it was sent in 2 parcels but no one had informed me, now I won't be at home to take delivery of the the rest of my order, which had initially been ordered in plenty of time to come when I was on annual leave!!! My first experience with this company and it will be my last. I have sent them an official complaint and will update with their response to this as soon as I received one. If you plan on ordering read online feedback about the range before you place your ordering.
