Rang them up spoke to management they said send pictures and will get back to you. They haven’t got none in stock left they would give me 10% off or to dismantle everything and they will pick it up with a refund I thought that was disgusting as I had already thrown away my old one and they weren’t helpful at all I tried to speak to someone but they said I can’t just write an email Order number -W4094457-1A-V
