I bought some ceiling lights which were out of stock but got delivered early December. Unfortunately the quality was not there as mainly plastic droplets so not what the description advertised. We have been trying for 3 weeks now to organise a collection as the boxes are v large and would not fit in a car. Nobody replies on the customer helpline (often waiting for 30mns or plus before giving up) and neither do the 2 stores nearby who I thought may help instead. In the end raised a ticket with on line zenDesk... and still awaiting confirmaion of a collection to organise refund. In the end, decided to reverse credit card charge since nobody is able to reply to email or telephone but will not order again
