If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be one of the worst customer experiences that i've ever had. We had two very large wardrobes delivered in October and not only did the two delivery men come into our home unmasked but they proceeded to drag the wardrobes across our newly finished hardwood floors. They left indents and marks all along our hallway that can only be fixed by replacing the wood flooring. The delivery company were not helpful at all and said that there was nothing they could do.
We immediately spoke to customer service at the range. We sent photos, details and down the line, a quote from a reasonable carpenter.
For coming up to 5 months they've proceeded to tell us that they'll get back to us with an update. It takes weeks, they barely respond and then ask for another repair quote. The repair cost is significantly less than one of the wardrobes that we purchased.
When I email or call, I receive short answers and always someone extremely patronising on the other line. Everything seems like a joke to them.
I would never order from this company again and will continue to let everyone know how awful their service is.
How I wish I didn't support this company when there are so other many fantastic companies out there that are just trying to stay afloat.
