Purchased some bathroom paint, no signs in store, or mentioned when paying that paint cannot be returned.
The are dozens of colours available, only half a dozen have sample pots available, not any in the colours I was shopping for.
Opened the paint to find it was no even close to the sample colour on the front of the paint pot.
With no queue at checkouts, I went straight to customer services to return the paint. Four of the five staff were loitering in the area, but still waited to be server, only be to told we had to join the queue that had now formed!
After waiting in the queue we were told "you cannot return paint once it has been opened" Even though it is a completely different colour to the one we were expecting.
We have be mis-sold the paint and not been advised of the paint non-returns policy.
