Visited the chichester branch and down one of the aisle the store had painted a pillar with white gloss paint, brushing past the pillar my top gets covered in white paint. There where no signs from
The direction which we had come (following the covid arrows) it’s only when we looked at the other end of the aisle there was a wet paint sign well away from where there actual wet paint was. Asked to speak to a manager we waited 20-30 minutes where we decided that we needed to join the ever building que eventually after waiting in the que which was less than 2 meters from where the wet paint pillar was the store manager comes out and tells us she’s
Not going to do anything and take it up with head office after ringing head office 7 times through out the day each time
Waiting on the phone for any where from (15-45 minutes)
Why was the signs so far away from the actual wet paint - why was there no caution tape around the pillar if signs could not be fixed near - why where there no signs at the start of the aisle-
Would like some answers and compensation for my top as it’s now completely ruined.
