Worse customer service I’ve ever had (I know a lot of people say this, but this is genuine). They seem to think that if they use a third party supplier, they no longer have a legal responsibility to you. They are also that lazy, some idiot sent me an email to confirm our conversation and tried to put it all in the subject field, missing most of the details off. This was after trying to get through to them a total of 2 hours.
Would not use again.
