damaged and missing goods. on hold now for 7 hours in total. avoid this company like the plague. takes 1 hour each time to get through to a front desk once through they say they will call you back in 2 hours. out of the 7 times only 3 times i got the call back, stating they have to contact there supplier about this item. i dont care just send me out a new box.....parts are missing and damaged but still not resolved and refusing to send out a new box. rubbish customer care as too long on hold .. if you like hold music go for this company. no way to contact online
