Awful awful awful!!
Ordered a hot tub in March. Understand there was a delay due to the Suez issue but correspondence poor.
Had email stating dispatched but not received it.
Have now called 3 times . First - cut off after 53 minutes on phone. 2nd - 45 minutes & had to leave. Third. 50 minutes and got through - apparently with courier and will text me. No text and starting to get very angry since we have paid over £600 with a delivery date of weeks ago. Shocking customer service and will not buy anything from them again. How not to run a business!
