Been waiting 3 weeks for a mirror which was damaged in transit. I’ve told them to cancel the order and issue me the refund, which they haven’t done yet!!
Nightmare to get hold of on hold for hours on end!!! And the customer service team cannot wait to get you off of the phone. I had to contact them in regards to finding out my mirror was damaged. I have received no communication from them whatsoever. Honest when I get my money back this is is first and last time I will ever order anything from this site! A load of rubbish!!!! More hassle than it’s worth.
