I've had a few reasons from time to time to have a moan about the range in Aldershot. I've come across some of the staff who don't want to be there, and usually don't want to put themselves out for customers, there is staff who will help if asked, but one of the male staff who over a long period of time has always been helpful, and with a smile on his face, he always seems to be working. He has on a few occasions asked me if he could help, and this morning he seen me by the compost bags, helped me to the tills with my purchase, and took them out to my car. I had to ask his name as he is a lovely friendly helpful member of the staff, Jack thank you, always stay the way you are, hopefully you will go up the ladder in life.
