If I could give them no stars, I would.
Phone 3x, takes over an hour to get through to someone who fobs you off.
Emailed several times, not taken seriously and then ignored.
Contacted over Facebook message, ignored, contacted again.
Contacted over Instagram, ignored.
Filled out a customer care form 2x on their website, ignored.
Been to there stores, not taken seriously.
Missing items, over a month late, parts missing had to collect 26 miles away, refused any refund of my delivery which was £20 even though it is their fault for not sending it all. No apology, no answers.
