GOODS NOT RECEIVED AND NO REFUND
@therange why are you are still ignoring me? You owe my 86 year old mum for goods not received. I’ve sent numerous emails, posted on your Facebook page (You’ve hidden some of my posts) I’ve contacted Trustpilot with the order number, sent a registered letter to your head office. Resolver are now involved and 6 weeks later still no refund. Today I will present her case to Trading standards and get the bank to reimburse her. They will reimburse her and I will continue to tell her story in order to raise awareness about your total disregard for your customers and in particular those who are most vulnerable.
