I ordered garden furniture on the 18th of March, expected delivery today 27th May not had any communication at all, I sent numinous emails asking for an update, went in to my local store who confirmed the 11th of June, finally had an email today 27th May saying my estimated delivery day has now changed to the 1st of July,WHAT blaming it on the Suez Canal, I think this is absolutely shocking service. They shouldn’t take all your money straight away they should take a deposit and you pay the rest a couple of days before delivery. They should have signs in their stores saying delivery’s are 4months behind.
Summer will be over by the time I get it. Not happy at all, how can a company like the range keep making ordered on items when they are still not able to go out for delivery, think this whole things is awful and not great customer service.
