Just the worst customer service. Ordered may 15 for June 17 delivery, they then sent a threatening email saying my summer furniture delivery was being pushed to Sept 7, when on the site, they're still selling the product to people promising July 17 delivery.
Online support is completely useless, took a month to get a "no" response when asked for dimensions, and their phone line permanently has a 30 minute wait time.
