Having ordered my garden furniture in March, for delivery on 23rd June..I have not had any contact with The Range since, so, having to arrange for someone to he here for delivery, rang number that was given to me at time of purchase, this number is not for feint hearted.
eventually after 20mins o spnish guitar music at 8am in morning, I eventually get through to a man, who bypassed his customer care training to be informed that I have to wait until August. I told him I was not happy and asked for reasons he was not able to give me?? I asked if there was anybody I could speak to someone senior who I could speak to and he said no not really!!! So annoyed words fail me...Trauling through contact numbers to complian lead me back to same number...More angry than I can say
