Shocking customer service at edgel lane retail liverpool . Ordered a rattan dining set for garden £700 came damaged , cant get hold of anyone ..went the store was told put it in black bin bags if not happy and wont wait till october for replacement and give you a refund to go to B&Q AS THERE STUFF IS BETTER !! if i wanted to wait then id have to reorder and pay again ! Keeping in mind i waited 9 weeks to receive it when they told me 4 weeks when i purchased it ....NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN
