What a shambles. Do not buy anything that has to come from Trusted Partners. I have bought garden furniture that is to big. After a week and half of being on hold for nearly 2 hours then my phone cuts off to be told by the Range customer service “Their is nothing we can do you need to speak to trusted partners” ( which am begining to think they don’t exists and really it’s toy town run by Mickey Mouse) so every day I ring and yes I get through to the range customer service but they can not help because the items come from “Trusted partners”. Who never pick up your call after being on hold for 2 hours , so you ring back because your frustrated and want your items returned, but nope you end up talking to people who all say the same thing “ we can’t help you”. And to top it off try and speak to a manager and your told “ am sorry managers and supervisors don’t speak to customers there just here to over see the running of the office” yip what a crock of **** . So my advice DO NOT BUY ANY BIG GOODS FROM THE RANGE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NO ONE HAS ANSWERS ON HOW TO RESOLVE A SITUATION LIKE THIS ITS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!
