Shocking customer service, trying to return an item to one of their ‘trusted partners’ and your either left hanging on the phone for hours or cut off!!
Why is it so hard to return an item, most other companies let you do it online, either generating a returns label or sending you a barcode so that you can print a label off at a collection point. So frustrating!!
