The worst customer service I have ever come across, well I you can call it that.
I placed an order, delivery never happened, so as per the website I cancelled my order, they then sent the item to me!!!!! Informed I cancelled, they collected, 2 weeks later no refund!!! They have the item and my money. When you call the 'customer service helpline(if you can call it that' all you get is I'm sorry I can't help you, whatever option you press no one can help you, oh that spending at least 2 hrs trying to get through too. So they have the item and my money, if I went into a store and walked out with an item without paying, that's theft, so what's the difference. Please do not use this company, it is awful. I just wish I had read the reviews first. Im I financial hardship now as they have my money and still not got, the refund was 'supposedly'.proceed 10 days ago, even though 3-5 days to go back in my account, & they don't know why it hasn't!!!! Awful awful company, avoid, avoid, avoid at all cost!!!!
