Since May to today there's been zero customer care. No email acknowledgement. Nearly an hour for them to answer the phone only to be answered by someone who had no power to do anything. They still taking money from me through Klarna so they have basically stolen £480 from me!!
I ordered some garden furniture in May and on the same day I realised it was too big for my garden so I wanted to change my order to actually a larger value. I immediately tried to call them and waited 45 mins only to be answered by basically, a telephonist. She told me I had to call the supplier myself as they had now received my order. At this point I had lost faith in the company so I wanted to cancel my order.
I have called them, emailed and sent company site 'contact us' messages and with no response, nothing, zero.
I have now asked Klarna to put a hold on the charge with them. They have said they legally can do little as my dispute is with The Range. I will now visit a shop. What do you bet the manager will say this is an online matter!!!
I think I need a solicitor!!!
