Online order; Garden storage unit arrived damaged in July. Contacted customer services via their online form ( no one answered the phone) response promised within 4 days. 2 weeks later I sent a follow email as heard nothing. Beginning of September I emailed again, this time I had a reply asking me if I’d received my goods and assuring me I was a priority. I replied outlining the situation.
4th October had an email telling me a new part was being dispatched that week. It was and arrived damaged. Emailed again and received a cut and pasted email from their supplier saying another part would be sent.
I’ve now got a collection of parts for a garden storage unit that are propped up in my garden. I wrote saying that this wax escalating to a complaint but have had no response what so ever.
