Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the Range; we bought a Dancing Christmas moose from the Range that was delivered today.
It came with no plug and glue marks on it, the Range have no more in stock and the customer assistant on the phone was no help, they won't send us a plug even though they have lots of adapters in store that they can send, they won't give us a small partial refund to buy one, they can't send us a replacement and the managers don't take calls.
