We had a very helpful young man help us in the Garden centre as we wanted to buy 7 fence post which had a price on of £9.99 which your staff confirmed. He went and got a trolley to put them on and gave us the barcode off one if the fence posts so we could go to customer service to pay for them. When we got to customer service we where met with the most ignorant person who had obviously not the first idea about customer service as he walked away twice and said nothing to us. When we finally came back he didn't apologise looked at us and then started a conversation with his colleague, one had finished he decided to serve us!! No sorry to keep you waiting or anything, then to make things worse he put the fence posts through along with a few other items we had purchased and the bill came to way more than expected. It seemed the fence posts that the Range were advertising at £9.99 had gone through the till at £17.99!!!! All he said was do you still want them because we have 24hrs to change the price you saw to the correct price. My husband asked to speak to the manager but he refused. Probably the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced and obviously we left all the items and walked out and I can assure we won't be shopping at the Range in the future!! Its no wonder your reviews are poor if you employ people like that to deal with your customers!!@@@
