Placed an order on line for hooks which they said were in stock and would be with me within 3-4 working days. They did not arrive and I received their "unprecedented demand" email. I asked it the hooks were in stock or not and received a reply telling me to check with my local store. I did this and the helpful lady checked stock at local and nearby stores. There were none in stock. Then she told me there were none in stock anywhere in the country due to a supplier issue. I tried to cancel my order on line but this is not possible so I then had to phone and wait ages for a response. Eventually, with difficulty, managed to cancel my order and I have been promised a refund back onto my credit card which I should get back in 5 working days. Why are these people selling items they do not have in stock? Great for their cash flow...
