I ordered my items on the 29th October nearly 2 weeks ago, told 3 -5 days for a delivery. I then get an email on the 3rd November saying due to demand there will be a delay. They take your money and then change the delivery window due to demand. My understanding is when something is in demand you should have informed the customer before placing an order, obviously you don't do that as customers will go elsewhere. I emailed The Range twice this week to see what is happening and asking when my items will be delivered and if not asap then please refund my money. They have not even replied to my emails. Worst customer communication I have come across and I would never entertain this place again.I work in the public sector and this would not be tolerated, you should have response times to answer an inquiry.
I can understand if there s an issue with a courier service, I can understand if there is a manufactures issue. What I cannot understand is the rudeness in not having the decency to reply, I am not asking you to write me a letter?
Looking to take this complaint further now as I just want my money back now. Where else can you do that as a private business, take a customers money and mug them off by not keeping them up to date with what is happening or even responding to there questions.
