Diabolical!
Ordered 27 November - estimated delivery 3 December.
Not received, so emailed 8 December and was told order will be dispatched 7-10 working days!
This obviously was pushing it for Xmas so I emailed enquiring about cancelling IF I chose to do so and when the cut off point would be.
Received emailed next day stating order cancelled and refund will be processed !!!!
Fuming!
Clearly do not read emails properly and their emailing system is ridiculous as my initial enquiry about my order seemed pretty automated.
I’ve ordered from The Range in the past with no problems. I’m not sure what has happened lately but there seem to be an awful lot of unhappy customers.
I certainly will not be ordering from The Range again until they’ve got themselves sorted and I’d definitely no not recommend.
Let’s see how long my refund takes !
