I paid for a £300 tractor for my 7 year old nephew on 23rd December but when the box was opened it had a go kart inside.
Ive emailed and called the range and the partner company who sent it out but no-one is will to help me. The partner company said they sent the correct item so they cant help and after two phone call conversations with the range customer service team i am still waiting for this to be resolved. Its a disgrace at how badly customers are treated. Ive sent photos of what is in the box but still no response . I cant let £300 go to Waste!
