I agree with what most everyone else is saying on here. Ordered a tv unit in November, wanted it for Xmas, it was ordered with a lamp which did arrive, but the tv unit didnt. Spent endless hours on the phone and through emails trying to get a refund, but to no avail.
Their customer service is shocking, no apology, or empathy, they sound like they dont really care, which makes me wonder how they are treated as employees.
I have been sent a customer complaint form, which just gives an address, no email address, or telephone number.
Am going to put in a complaint, but also contact trading standards.
There are so many bad reviews on here that I do think this company needs to be held to accountable.
If enough of us contacted trading standards then maybe something could be done about this Company, and they would be investigated.
