Absolutely shocking service!!!! Ordered a wardrobe over 6 weeks ago. Waited the two weeks it stated for delivery only for that date to come and go! Now a further 4 weeks have passed. Ive had to contact the customer services nearly every day to chase up what’s happening to be told they have no clue!!! I’ve been informed it’s in stock but the don’t know why it’s not been delivered! ( well as a company it’s there job to know these things!!) I’ve requested numerous times to speak with a manager only to be told it’s not possible for customers to do so!!?? Which I find shocking that as a customer I don’t have the right to speak with one especially when the agents I’m speaking with in regards to my order are rude and unhelpful. The final straw was when a customer service agent then decided to hang up on me while I was requesting information as to what is happening with my order that is now 6 weeks late she decided she was going to cancel my order without any authorisation from myself to do so!!!! I’m appalled by the rudeness of the staff and the lack of knowledge regarding there own products and lack of knowledge as to why things are not being delivered. The company is happy to take your money but you will never get your items. Appalling company Appalling customer service!!!! Will take my money elsewhere now and NEVER shop at the range again. Unfortunately I had to give one star but I wouldn’t have left that they would have minus if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THE ONLINE RANGE!!!!!!
